Official fees and courier shipping are itemized separately in the cart. We do not issue or obtain official documents: the service starts with a document that is already in your hands, except in the retrieval services that say so.

Product Description

Choose this service when a foreign regulator or buyer asks for your FDA certificate with an apostille. We work only with a certificate you already hold: a Certificate to Foreign Government, a Certificate of a Pharmaceutical Product, a Certificate of Exportability or a Certificate of Free Sale issued by the FDA, a state or a chamber of commerce.

First we review your copy and confirm the route in writing: the U.S. Department of State for federal documents, the issuing state for state documents. For the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt and Iraq, legalization is a separate service. The official office sets its own processing time; Express speeds up our part of the work only.

We are a private company. We do not issue, obtain or request FDA certificates, and we are not affiliated with the FDA or the U.S. Department of State.
