Apostille de la Haya is the trade name of Riveros International Business Corp, a private company registered in Florida. We are not the FDA, the U.S. Department of State or an embassy, and none of them endorses us.
We handle the apostille of the FDA export certificate your company already received. We do not prepare or submit FDA applications, and we have no say in FDA decisions.
The FDA and the Department of State each act on their own, and you can deal with both directly. Our fees come on top of the official fees.

The same FDA notice adds a practical rule: apostilles and authentications of these certificates must be printed in color to be valid. So a black-and-white printout is an avoidable delay.
CPPs and food certificates also come electronically. For those, we review your copy first and confirm the route in writing before you pay.

Send it on WhatsApp or through the form. In addition, tell us the destination country and your deadline.
We confirm the office, the print format and the official steps, and then we send a written quote.
You send the document in the format the office needs. Then we file it, track it and ship it back.
We work with FDA certificates regularly. That is why we ask about the print format and the destination before anything else.
